Some time ago I switched to my period. Sunday was always the first day of the ring's application. Now according to the calendar, the 21st day falls on Wednesday 13.02 and I applied the ring on 2.02 according to the usual ones. Should I take out a new ring on Wednesday and put it on a week later (on the 28th day)? Then everything will stabilize? I've been using Adaring , for three years now.

I'm afraid that you misinterpret the recommendations for the use of the disc.

The recommendations for the application of the ring on the first day of bleeding apply only to the first ring – when starting to use contraception in the form of a vaginal system, the first ring should be applied on the first day of menstrual bleeding, i.e. on the first day of the cycle.
Then the ring should remain in the vagina for 3 weeks (21 days), after which time a 7-day break should be taken – i.e. the cycle lasts 28 days. Then you should start the cycle again, regardless of the bleeding – that is, after 28 days, put on a new disc for 21 days, then 7 days of break and another, etc.

So, if you applied the disc on Monday, you should take it out in 3 weeks on Monday and put on a new disc the following Monday. Only then will protection be ensured.
