This is my 3rd day of using Pylera 3 tablets x 4 + Mesopral 40mg x2 and every day I have more and more nausea (especially persistent in the morning, I can't even lie down or I will vomit). I'm fighting on the verge of vomiting, I'm practically unable to function. I try to drink water with ginger, I take the probiotic Enterol but nothing helps. Is there anything I can do to help myself get through this? I don't have the strength anymore and I'm thinking about stopping the treatment.
