Hello, if I did not have withdrawal bleeding while using the atywia daily contraceptive pills, is there a reason to worry? In the week when I was supposed to get my period, I got sick and took an antibiotic. Does it have any impact? A pregnancy test was also performed 13 days after intercourse and 5 days . He came out negative

The lack of withdrawal bleeding does not necessarily indicate pregnancy, it can be influenced by various factors, such as stress or physical exertion.
It's hard for me to answer this question - I don't know what antibiotic you used, or when exactly the intercourse took place. As a rule, during antibiotic therapy and for 7 days after its completion, an additional method of contraception, e.g. a condom, should be used due to the possibility of reducing the effectiveness of contraception. However, a pregnancy test performed after 13 days after intercourse should give a reliable result, in my opinion pregnancy can be ruled out (usually it is recommended to wait at least 10-14 days after intercourse, depending on the manufacturer). If necessary, you can test again to confirm your result, or go for a blood beta-HCG test.
