I'm afraid of the side effects of sitagliptin. What to do?

I take Merformin 1000 and Ozempic. My VALUE is 7.1. Now my doctor has prescribed Sitagavia for me. I'm afraid of the side effects. They are supposed to be quite a few.

The doctor selects therapies individually to the patient's needs. If diabetes is not sufficiently controlled, changes in pharmacotherapy are required.
Sitagliptin, like any substance, can cause side effects, but not everybody gets them. It is impossible to predict whether side effects will occur in a given patient. It is important to familiarize yourself with the symptoms that may appear during the use of the preparation and inform your doctor if they occur.
