Can you combine Escapelle with Urofuragin, Stoperan and painkillers? What can I use for an intimate infection in this situation?

Hello, I have a question, can you combine Escapelle with painkillers ? If so, which ones? And can Escapelle be combined with drugs such as:
Stoperan, and urofuraginum max ? I have diarrhea all day, and I run to the bathroom very often to urinate, and at the same time my vagina stings and burns terribly, can I ask for some quick advice? I took the pill today at 1:30 p.m., I have vaginal burning since yesterday after unprotected intercourse (around 6:00 p.m.)

These drugs do not interact with Escapelle. You can take a painkiller such as Paracetamol or Ibuprom (it also has an anti-inflammatory effect, it may be stronger in the described case). Persistent gastrointestinal ailments such as severe diarrhea or vomiting can reduce the absorption of Escapelle, so an anti-diarrheal drug should be used. A genitourinary tract infection may be associated with previous sexual activity. Some women observe an increased frequency of intimate infections after intercourse, even if their partner does not experience any discomfort. In such cases, the use of a condom may be the solution.

Urofuragin should solve the problem of bladder infection. Dosage: 1 day: 100 mg 4 times a day, the following days: 100 mg 3 times a day - until the end of the package (the treatment should be treated as antibiotic therapy - the aim is to eliminate microorganisms, so the drug must not be discontinued too early).

Itching and pain in the intimate area can be treated with Clotrimazole cream (it is available without a prescription). In the case of vaginal discharge with a "cheesey" consistency, it is also worth using antifungal globules such as Gynoxin Optima. If the problem persists, you should see a gynecologist.
