Bleeding occurs one week before the scheduled date. In such a situation, should I take out the disc and apply it in 7 days? Should we hold it until the planned date?

A friend has already answered a similar question in the thread:
And can I walk very fast with a contraceptive ring? I sweat a lot during this activity, I leave a workout sweaty, and I have a contraceptive ring, so I feel sweat inside my vagina after such a workout
Will this affect the effectiveness of prevention against pregnancy?

Such a situation may actually be related to increased physical activity.
If you are not taking medication that can weaken the effectiveness of the disc, there is no reason to worry.
Protection is maintained despite bleeding.
Please leave the ring in the vagina until the planned day of removing the ring. Then take a 7-day break and after 7 days put on a new disc.
Because the bleeding occurred earlier than usual, it is highly likely that no bleeding will occur during the 7-day break.
Nothing should be suggested. After a 7-day break, start a new album.
I've been using the album for a year and it's the first time Jacek has had such a situation. Recently, I have started training intensively and I wonder if this is not the reason. I understand that I have to wait until the planned day of removing the disc, take a break as always and apply another one ?

The disc should not be removed despite the observed mid-cycle bleeding.
The ring should be removed after 3 weeks, then a new one should be applied after a 7-day break – regardless of the bleeding observed.
Is this your first album?
