People over the age of 65, such as a patient aged 77, can get a 30% reimbursement for Telexer (dabigatran etexilate).
According to the new reimbursement list effective from 1 January 2025, the reimbursement applies to patients with atrial fibrillation, but does not include full reimbursement for people over 65 years of age in the new indication. Therefore, the drug will not be free of charge.
