Can vaginal spotting be a side effect of using the product? Invag or Orungal?

Good morning

I am in the process of taking the vaginal probiotic Invar and orungal. 3 days ago I had a slight spotting. Brown discharge. I read that spotting can be a side effect of using Invag vaginally, but no one has ever mentioned it on the forum.
Is it possible that brown spotting is caused by a fungal infection or the use of orungal (oral) or invag (vaginally). Or is it rather impossible and the problem has another cause? I will be grateful for your opinions.

Your vaginal spotting may be one of the side effects of Invag. Vaginal spotting and vaginal discharge are described as occurring "often" during therapy, i.e. in ≥1/100 to <1/10 of people using the drug.
Vaginal discharge occurring during a fungal infection is usually white and thick, with a "cheesey" consistency. On the other hand, the side effects of Orungal do not include vaginal spotting or vaginal discharge.

It is best to report the observed side effects to your doctor, we write about why you should do it here:
