If you suffer from kidney problems, I encourage you to consult your doctor before using Scopolan Compositum. This drug is contraindicated in acute renal failure, and caution should be exercised in patients with renal impairment.
As far as Scopolan is concerned, without metamizole in the composition, the manufacturer does not provide specific data on the safety of the drug in renal impairment, nor are they on the list of contraindications.
