Disorders of the digestive system
I always got bleeding from withdrawal on the fourth day (in the morning) without taking pills. The fourth day passes, I have all the symptoms as with my period, but there is no bleeding (it occurred very lightly around noon, but it stopped almost immediately). In this cycle, I had to take two pills in one day, because due to stomach problems I wasn't sure if the first one would be absorbed. Could this be the reason for the delay?

Taking two tablets at a time does not affect the effectiveness of contraception. As a general rule, this situation should not affect the timing of withdrawal bleeding, although there is a risk of this if it occurred close to a break in the use of the tablets. Nevertheless, the human body is not programmed. Withdrawal bleeding can vary in intensity, sometimes it can occur earlier or later than usual. There may also be a situation in which withdrawal bleeding does not occur at all. This is influenced by various external factors, e.g. stress, physical exertion. The one-time appearance of delayed bleeding should not be alarming. If the pills were taken correctly, at the same time of day, the effectiveness of contraception is maintained.
