Pregnant women should be careful when using painkillers. The safest remedy that can be used in each trimester is paracetamol, which can be taken in doses of up to 4 g (8 tabl.) per day.
Ibuprofen (the active ingredient in Ibuprofen) is not recommended in pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, as it can cause complications such as premature closure of the ductus arteriosus in the fetus. In the first and second trimesters, its use should be limited and only after consulting a doctor.
