Ramizek Plus (bisoprolol and ramipril) has a pulse-lowering effect.

Bisoprolol, a beta-blocker, reduces the heart rate by blocking beta adrenergic receptors, leading to a decrease in heart contraction and stroke volume. Ramipril, in turn, acts as an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, which also contributes to lowering blood pressure and may improve heart efficiency. In clinical practice, the use of Ramizek Plus may result in bradycardia, i.e. reduced heart rate, which is one of the most common side effects of this drug.
