The use of Triderm in the case of rosacea is not recommended. Corticosteroids, such as betamethasone, may initially relieve the symptoms of rosacea (reduce redness and inflammation), but long-term use can lead to exacerbation of symptoms and complications, such as increased erythema and vasodilation, the development of steroid-dependent forms of rosacea, thinning of the skin and increased skin sensitivity.
In this situation, I encourage you to consult a dermatologist to determine the appropriate treatment for rosacea, which may include other preparations, more adapted to this type of disease.
