Although theoretically you can stop using it after one day, it is not recommended, as the full effect of the drug may only be noticeable after two days of regular use. In the case of hay fever, improvement in symptoms may occur within 12 hours, but treatment must be continued for at least a few days to obtain maximum benefit from therapy. Discontinuation of treatment before full efficacy has reached full effect may lead to a recurrence of symptoms.
Nasonex is a medicine used to treat allergic rhinitis and nasal polyps.
