Based on the pharmacodynamic properties of the substances in Pylera, effects on the ability to drive and use machines are not expected. However, clinical trials documenting the absence of such effects have not been conducted.
Patients treated with metronidazole experienced seizures and dizziness. Tetracycline has been associated with pseudobrain tumour syndrome (mild intracranial hypertension) in adult patients whose clinical manifestations include headache and blurred vision. Patients should be advised of the possibility of these adverse reactions and advised not to drive or use machines
