According to the press regarding Nakom Mite:
"According to the information obtained from the marketing authorisation holder, the next delivery is scheduled for the end of March this year" - informed the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate. The Neuca concern assures that it has imported the equivalent of the drug."

As for substitutes imported under intervention import, they are not currently available in pharmacies. I'll explore the topic and come back with an answer as soon as I manage to determine something.
