Good evening, I wanted to ask if when I took a pylor pill instead of after a 4-hour interval, I took it 2 hours sooner, if there would be any effects

A single, too early intake of another portion of capsules may increase the risk of the appearance or intensification of already existing side effects of the drug, mainly from the gastrointestinal tract. Side effects may or may not occur, and will not occur in all patients taking this medicine. Very common symptoms include: changes in the consistency and colour of the stool, diarrhoea, nausea, unusual/metallic taste in the mouth. If the situation was a one-off situation, you should not worry , it should not affect the effectiveness of the therapy. Subsequent doses should be taken according to the established schedule, at previously scheduled times.
