For about 2 years I have been taking trittico 150 mg 1 tablet and ketipinor 25 mg 1 tablet before bedtime. I fell asleep immediately and slept very well, I was woken up by the alarm clock in the morning, but for 2 months, even though I am still taking medication, I can't fall asleep, I wake up many times at night and wake up earlier than the alarm clock. I'm abroad and I'll be in Poland only in April, and my psychiatrist doesn't conduct teleconsultations. Can I increase ketipinor to 75 mg?

Sorry, where I said Mutabase, I meant Etumina. If you are afflicted with BD, I doubt very much that your doctor would prescribe you a medication containing Amitriptyline.
It will depend on the clinical diagnosis you have, but it is possible that if you still can not sleep your doctor will increase the dose of Quetiapine (neuroleptics are usually the next step when sedative antidepressants are not effective against insomnia, as long as the pathology allows the latter to be suitable for the patient). Another step would be to take Mutabase (but I do not know if it is marketed there).

Do not change the dose of medication yourself. An increase in the dose of Ketipinor should be consulted with a doctor.
If you are unable to consult your attending physician, I encourage you to seek advice from a local doctor or to use a teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
