How to treat persistent allergic eyelid contact eczema that does not respond to standard treatment?

Hello
Since mid-November, I have been struggling with pimples, inflammation of the eyelids and conjunctiva. Doctors point to contact allergic calculation, which appeared after the microneedle RF procedure. Since November I have been using cortineff, protopic, most creams for such changes and there is no improvement. Eyelids do not tolerate anything. What can help with the constantly emerging new changes? Thank you

In the case of chronic eyelid eczema, which does not go away despite the use of drugs such as Cortineff (corticosteroids) or Protopic (calcineurin inhibitor), it is crucial to accurately identify and eliminate the factor causing the allergy.

In this situation, it is worth considering performing contact allergy tests to help determine the substances that may cause the reaction. It is also worth taking a break from using cosmetics or care products. They may contain irritating ingredients. In the case of exacerbation, it is worth using hypoallergenic emollients, avoiding soaps and irritants. If there is no further improvement, consider a skin biopsy or testing for other causes, such as autoimmune dermatosis.
