Can I use Biomarine Immuno & Neuro Lipids during pregnancy?

Can I use Biomarine immuno nero lips during pregnancy? I suffer from AD and contact allergy, I talked to my allergist about DHA and omega 3 acids and he gave the green light, but I didn't ask about this particular preparation. I will add that I am in the 9th week.

There are no data to support the safety of BioMarine Immuno & NeuroLipids in pregnant women. The use of the preparation in pregnant women is allowed only on the recommendation of a doctor. If you want to use this particular preparation during pregnancy, you should consult your attending physician.
