Pylera may cause sleep disturbances in some patients. Adverse drug reactions include somnolence (common, ≥1/100 to <1/10 patients) and insomnia (uncommon, ≥1/1,000 to <1/100 patients). These complaints should disappear after the end of therapy. Side effects should be reported to the doctor, especially if they hinder daily functioning, but also individually.
