During half of the white pills of Atywia daily I got acute food poisoning one day and then I took emergency contraception after the doctor's recommendation. Should I take a break for placebo pills or is it better to go straight to the next blister of white pills after finishing the current one. Would I be protected during the 7-day placebo pill break?

As this occurred in week 2 of the pills, there is no need to skip placebo. If you take the next tablets on time and do not experience gastrointestinal problems, you will be protected, even while taking the green tablets.
Since the morning-after pill can affect the effectiveness of oral hormonal contraception, you can use an additional condom protection as a preventive measure for 7 days after taking it. After this time, you can give up additional contraception.
