How many hours will it take for Pyrantelum to show the effects?
I managed to pyrantelum in the right dose about 8 hours ago and still find live and moving individuals in the stool and the discomfort does not change.
Is there any possibility of speeding up the action or when should I expect the complete extermination of living individuals.

It will be cheaper to get stronger antiparasitic drugs. Vermox mebendazole, zentel albendazole, ivermectin. They are prescription only. At some stage, do a laboratory test to check more precisely what parasites you have. On the tapeworm there is yomasan niclosamide, on the fluke there is praziquantel. Both of these drugs are available in Germany, yomesan is even over-the-counter

The effects of Pyrantel may not be visible within a few hours after taking the drug (some sources give the duration of action of the first dose of the drug = 24-36 hours). The first dose eliminates adult specimens (it does not work on larvae), so it is necessary to repeat the treatment after two weeks.
If the full treatment does not work, it may be necessary to consult the problem with a doctor. Other medicines used to treat helminthiasis are available only on prescription.
