Anal problems such as fissures are not a typical side effect of Briviact. However, diarrhoea or constipation, which can occur as side effects, can indirectly increase the risk of such complaints.
Briviact (brivaricetam) is an antiepileptic medicine used to treat seizures. The known side effects of this medicine mainly affect the nervous system (such as drowsiness, dizziness, mood changes, irritability) and the digestive system (nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea).
