Hello. I finished the pyler treatment 15 days ago. My son infected me with intestinal tract, is it possible that I am going through it longer and worse. 😔😔. My son had diarrhea for only two days and I feel bad for 4 days. Diarrhea, low-grade fever, I feel nauseous, but I don't have vomiting. Sometimes my stomach burns. How long can you have an intestinal tract

Symptoms associated with "stomach flu" infection can last up to about a week. Usually, after a few days, the disease disappears on its own. Sensitivity to pathogens causing ailments is individual. A more severe course of the disease in your case may result from a recent treatment with Pylera (containing, m.in other things, an antibiotic), so I encourage you to take probiotics (e.g. Alflorex, Dicoflor, Sanprobi Super Formula) during the disease and for a few weeks after recovery to strengthen the intestinal flora. In the case of severe symptoms, electrolytes should be replenished (e.g. acidolit, Gastrolit) and antidiarrheal drugs such as Smecta should be used. It is also worth following an easily digestible diet with limiting products with a high fiber content.
