These drugs can be combined, but caution should be exercised.

According to the manufacturer of Cipronex, "Caution should be exercised when using fluoroquinolones, including ciprofloxacin (the active ingredient in Cipronex) in patients who have risk factors for QT prolongation" – this group of patients includes people taking Escitil (this drug can prolong the QT interval in the heart, but not everyone has this side effect). If you observe, for example, chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath, you should consult a doctor.
