Can Zafrilla cause swelling and chronic fatigue?

Hello everyone

I have a question about the side effects of Zafrilla. I started taking it this year and have started to get the heavy water retention in my legs and face since August. Also, I'm always tired, no matter how much I sleep. I sit at work every day and could sleep all the time.

Zafrilla can cause water retention, leading to swelling, especially in the legs and face, which is a relatively common side effect of hormonal drugs. Chronic fatigue can also be related to the influence of hormones on metabolism or well-being.

I encourage you to consult your doctor again to consider changing the preparation or additional diagnostics, as these symptoms can have different causes and require individual assessment.

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
