Beto ZK should be taken once a day, preferably in the morning, during breakfast (unless otherwise directed by a doctor). The tablets must not be crushed or chewed - swallowed whole (if necessary, the tablet can be halved into equal doses). Take the tablet with at least half a glass of water.
