24.00 zł

Hello, I have been using Dionelle without breaks for 5 years.
At the last visit, the doctor said that the ovaries were sia and the uterus was slightly dry (?)- it was about 1.5 months ago Is it possible that I could have gotten pregnant since then?

If Dionelle pills are taken as prescribed (every day, at the same time, without skipping pills), the contraceptive effectiveness is over 99%. This means that the risk of pregnancy is extremely low.

Dionelle prevents pregnancy by: inhibiting ovulation, thickening of cervical mucus (making it difficult for sperm to reach the egg) and changes in the endometrium (which prevents the implantation of a fertilized egg).

By "uterus slightly dry" the doctor may have meant that the lining of the uterus (endometrium) is thin, which is normal for long-term use of hormonal contraception and is one of the mechanisms to prevent pregnancy.
