Medikinet is used in children and adolescents aged 6-18 years. It is not known whether the drug is safe and effective in children under 6 years of age and in adults.

The possible use of the preparation in a 5-year-old child may be carried out on the basis of "off-label" treatment, i.e. outside therapeutic indications. Based on the patient's medical history, the doctor assesses the appropriateness of using the preparation contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations.
