Good afternoon, please tell me, since September I have been taking zafrilla, yesterday 11/24/2024 menstruation began, very scanty and pulling pains as with real menstruation, is this considered normal?

Zafrilla can cause side effects such as back pain, abdominal pain. For a full description of the side effects and their frequency, see the package leaflet.
