What to do if I experience side effects after using an implant Implanon?

Hello, I was installed an implat. And I didn't have a period for a year.
And for this the symptoms began * nausea, head of the crash, abdominal pain, baby, heart problems, kidney exhaustion, I had to drink a lot of water. I went to the doctor and they said that this is normal. But I had to remove the implant for the fact that the uterus and eggs of the cell were exhausted and there is now that I will not have a child. What to do?
