Good morning
Could I ask for help with a doctor who could issue a prescription in the current situation? I'm from Łódź and I see some clinics, but a stationary visit costs 250 PLN... After all, it is much more than those famous e-prescriptions. I'm slowly losing my ability to do it, and I really care because I had serious stomach problems and general neurosis. I'm starting to worry about what to do next. A return to the old rubbish? Why psychiatrists have no problem prescribing drugs

Give me the contact details of you, I can advise you something :)
I forgot to add that you have to take a vacation at least once a month to drive 300km to Warsaw for a 15-minute visit ;) That is, 600km in both directions, including about 7-8 hours in the d**t (time spent on train, bus, transfers), not to mention mental discomfort (because where to take medication on a long-distance bus??) and physical discomfort (because how much can you sit motionless on a bus when you suffer from back pain).
NFZ doctors will be happy to prescribe xanax/alprazolam or tramadol (opioid), but when you ask for MM, he just ran out of ink in the pen and the computer got a permanent blue screen and it is impossible to write a prescription ;) plus this look - priceless :)
These prices are a massacre - most patients have to take a second job to earn extra money for therapy, because one orthopedic doctor will take 200 PLN for a referral, another psychiatrist will take 250 PLN, a psychotherapist 300 PLN, plus a doctor who has any idea about MM 200 PLN and we have only 950 PLN for doctors (because you can make an appointment with the National Health Fund in 10 years, unless you are carried with your head under your arm, then in a week's time).
Let's add only 1500 PLN for medicines and half the minimum goes to treatment, in this so-called public health service, which does not exist ;)
Unfortunately, the smiling people have changed the law so much that now a doctor can issue a prescription only after personally "examining" the patient. If you want, you can try to go to the doctor at the National Health Fund. A doctor on the National Health Fund is authorized to issue an e-prescription for dried herbs
