Does a delay in taking the 15th tablet of Liberelle by more than 13 hours require additional procedures?
14.00 zł

I was 13 hours and 30 minutes late with the Liberelle pill. The day before, I had intercourse and took all the pills correctly, every day at the same time. Is this 12 hours a conventional hour and I have nothing to worry about? It was the 15th tablet from the blister. Please help me quickly.

To @anonim:

Don't worry, although the time to take the pill has been exceeded, the situation is still under control. With pills such as Liberelle, which are monophasic, contraceptive protection should not be significantly reduced. Intercourse the day before should also be protected, as regular use of the pills ensures continuous protection.

And what about the intercourse I had the day before? He was then
Protected if I follow as directed, given regular use of the drug for a year

If you miss the 15th tablet from the blister (a delay of more than 12 hours is considered to be a delay of more than 12 hours, which may reduce the effectiveness of the medicine), proceed as follows:

'1. Take the last missed tablet as soon as possible, even if it means taking two tablets at the same time. Take the remaining tablets at the usual time. The next pack should be started as soon as the current pack is finished, i.e. without the usual break between packs. Withdrawal bleeding is unlikely to occur until the second pack is finished, but spotting or mid-cycle bleeding may occur.

2. You can also stop taking tablets from the current pack. You should then take a 7-day break from taking the tablets, including the days you missed taking the tablet, and then start a new pack."

The above procedures do not require additional protection methods if the previous tablets were taken correctly.
