How to use ACC?

Good morning. During yesterday's visit, the doctor prescribed me Acc Optima 600 cough to use 2xdz. However, the description in the leaflet shows that you should use 1 tablet a day. What recommendations are best to follow?

Are you sure of the recommendations you have received? Did the doctor write only the name "ACC" on the recommendations? If you have any doubts about the recommendations obtained, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. You can also take advantage of teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

ACC Optima is used 1 time a day. On the other hand, the preparation intended for use 2 to 3 times a day is ACC 200. If you take too much acetylcysteine medicine, gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea may occur. The recommended maximum daily dose is 600 mg. The last dose of ACC should be taken at least 4 hours before bedtime.
