What to do with the Novadien contraceptive pill that I almost took by mistake and spit out?
Good evening, I have been taking the Novadien pill for years. Tonight overthinking I almost took it twice an hour apart. When I realized I had put it back in my mouth I spat it and put it aside, what do I do do I take it back tomorrow? Am I still protected?

Dispose of the spit Novadien tablet in accordance with current regulations and take a new tablet, e.g. from a spare pack.
