Hello, I would like to ask if eating a larger portion of vegetables in a pan two hours before taking the Liberelle contraceptive pill can weaken its absorption due to the fiber in food? The dish mostly consisted of potatoes, carrots, some peppers, corn, etc. I would also like to ask if such delicate lines visible on the foil can indicate damage to the blister? The blister looked like this after buying it

While taking 4th generation contraceptive pills, can I drink mojito, where is lime juice in the composition ?
Apparently it affects the effectiveness of contraception?
And if he drinks a lot of kefir, such a premium one, or buttermilk, or yoghurts with a lot of fiber, such for constipation, and drinks such healthy products every day
Will it affect the contraceptive ring in some way? On its effectiveness?

To @Kasia:
Yes, there is a gap of at least 4 hours between eating fibre-rich foods and taking the contraceptive pill to minimise the effect of fibre on absorption.
In this case, there is no need to use additional forms of contraception - condoms.
I would like to add that there were not too many beans in the soup itself, and the time between the dish and taking the pill was at least 4 and a half hours
In this case, will maintaining an interval of at least 4 hours between eating a food rich in fibre and taking the contraceptive pill be sufficient to minimise the effect of fibre on absorption? In such a situation, should additional security be applied for a period of 7 days? Today for dinner I ate a small plate of bean soup and a few apple soups, and I take the pills in the evening only around 9:40 p.m

To @Kasia:
If you take the contraceptive pill shortly after a meal rich in fibre (e.g. bean soup or baked beans), the likelihood that it will significantly affect its effectiveness is low. The active substances in the case of birth control pills are usually well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract.
Eating foods rich in fiber can affect the absorption of medications to some extent. This is due to the fact that a large amount of fiber in the digestive tract can delay or reduce the absorption of certain active substances.
And doesn't eating bean soup or baked beans also affect the absorption of pills due to the large amount of fiber in the dish? Do I need to take a break between eating a dish and taking a pill?

You can take birth control pills with or without food. A standard dish containing vegetables and fruit falls into the category of a "regular meal". Taking additional doses of fiber in the form of a powder or tablet can indeed interfere with the absorption of drugs, but it should be taken into account that a meal rich in even a significant amount of vegetables will not contain such large (therapeutic) amounts of this ingredient.
The lines visible on the foil do not indicate damage to the blister and do not affect the tablets contained in it.
