I took the 7th dose of Prolia.While previously the pain was bearable, now I have very, very strong pain in my left shoulder, radiating to the neck and shoulder. Pain after Prolia administration can be a side effect and can be difficult to alleviate. If the blockade is not effective, it is worth considering non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. ibuprofen) if there are no contraindications. Cool compresses and gentle stretching exercises that do not strain the joint can also help.
