After the seventh dose of Prolia, I feel severe pain in my left shoulder radiating to my neck and shoulder, how can I help myself to visit a rheumatologist?

I took the 7th dose of Prolia.While previously the pain was bearable, now I have very, very strong pain in my left shoulder, radiating to the neck and shoulder. Since 26.10 I have been struggling with pain, I do not sleep. I had a consultation with an orthopedist who performed a shoulder joint blockade
. Nothing helped. I have an appointment with a rheumatologist for January. Please advise me on how to help myself. Thank you.I'm 72 years old.

Pain after Prolia administration can be a side effect and can be difficult to alleviate. If the blockade is not effective, it is worth considering non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. ibuprofen) if there are no contraindications. Cool compresses and gentle stretching exercises that do not strain the joint can also help.
