Hello, by accident I took 2 active contraceptive pills in one day (vibin mini) in order to maintain the 21-day cycle, the last pill I will take from an additional blister. Will the protection be really maintained? Will I do the right thing? I don't want to shorten the cycle

Yes, you can skip the placebo tablets altogether at one time and start taking the active tablets from the new blister after taking the last active tablet. If you miss placebo tablets, you will most likely not experience withdrawal bleeding. In addition, intermenstrual bleeding or spotting may occur when taking tablets from the next pack. However, this will not affect the effectiveness of contraception, the protection will be maintained.
I have one more question. This month I planned to skip the placebo pills and move on to the next active pill blister. Can I do so if I act as I wrote above? Will contraception be preserved?

A single, accidental intake of two contraceptive pills in one day will not reduce the effectiveness of contraception, the protection is maintained. However, taking two tablets may be associated with an increased risk of side effects, e.g. headache or dizziness, abdominal pain, nausea. Ailments may or may not necessarily occur in you.
In the described situation, you do not need to take the active pill from the extra blister, on the 21st day of taking the drug you can start taking placebo pills with contraceptive protection. However, if you do not want to shorten your cycle, you can take the 21st active pill from the second blister and only then start taking placebo pills, this will not affect your contraceptive protection.
