Ginger tea is generally safe for hypertension, but it can slightly lower blood pressure, so please observe your body's reaction. You can drink it about 2-3 hours after taking medication to avoid possible interactions.

As for vitamin D, 4,000 IU per day is considered safe for adults, but it's worth discussing with your doctor, especially with a vitamin level of 37 ng/ml. A dose of 4000 IU is not recommended, especially if you have kidney or heart problems.
