Hello
I have a question about the medications I am taking, I am being treated for hypertension, the doctor prescribed me a new drug Ebivol 5mg, I was previously taking isoptin 120, bibloc 5.
Can the new drug Ebivol I am taking interact with medical marijuana?
What is the best distance between the drug and medical marijuana?
Is it safe?
What is the difference between Bibloc and Ebivol being weaker? After Bibloc I had terribly low heart rate drops of 40-44 at rest.

In the context of the question of which of these drugs is "stronger", it is worth noting that "stronger" can be a subjective term that depends on the clinical context and individual needs of the patient.
Ebivol may be considered more versatile due to its additional vasodilator effects, which may lead to better blood pressure control in some patients. Bibloc, while effective in lowering blood pressure and slowing the heart rate, does not offer the same vasodilating effect.
Thus, depending on the patient's clinical needs, one of these drugs may be preferred.
So I understand that Ebivol is a stronger drug than Bibloc ?

Nebivolol (Ebivol) in combination with medical marijuana may exhibit additive blood pressure-lowering effects. Changes in heart rate and heart rate, dizziness, fainting may occur when the substance is used concomitantly. Usually, these side effects occur at the beginning of treatment with Ebivol.
The active substance of Ebivol is nebivolol, Biblocu bisoprolol. Both substances belong to the group of selective beta-blocker receptor inhibitors.
Nebivolol has the highest cardioselectivity (action on beta-adrenergic receptors in the heart muscle) among beta-blockers and stimulates the production of nitric oxide, which improves the functioning of the endothelium of blood vessels (dilates them). These are the features that distinguish nebivolol from other beta-blockers, e.g. bisoprolol.
The time after which half of the dose of nebivolol is eliminated from the body is on average 10 hours, in people with a slow metabolism it can be 3-5 times longer. If you want to use a time interval between the use of Ebivol and medical marijuana, it is advisable to take the preparations at different times of the day, e.g. Ebivol in the morning and medical marijuana in the evening.
Both Ebivol and medical marijuana are prescription medications. They can be used together if they have been prescribed by one doctor or by doctors who have been informed about all the preparations they are taking.
