I used to take Seronil for my depression with neurosis.
Unfortunately, I had to come back to it again because of nervousness, tense muscles, squeaks in my ears, lack of strength and difficulty breathing.
For 3 days I took 5mg and today according to the doctor's recommendations I increased it to 10mg.
When I can feel a change in my mood.

Fluoxetine (the active ingredient in Seronil) starts working on average 2 weeks after starting treatment. Thus, positive effects after an increase in dose can be expected after about 14 days - but since the patient's response to treatment is an individual matter, sometimes it takes longer to see the effects.
If you still do not see any improvement 3-4 weeks after increasing your dose, you should consult your doctor. Your specialist may decide to increase your dose again (Some patients who do not respond to the 20 mg dose may be gradually increased to a maximum dose of 60 mg).
However, it should be borne in mind that the higher the dose of the drug, the risk of side effects increases.
