Trexan (methotrexate) can be used with some pain relievers, but this requires caution. Methotrexate is an immunosuppressant used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis, and should be dosed once a week.

Avoid high doses of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen, aspirin, naproxen, etc. as they may affect kidney function and increase the risk of methotrexate-related adverse reactions. If necessary, it is recommended to use paracetamol-based drugs (e.g. Solpadeine), which has less effect on methotrexate, but it is worth consulting a doctor to choose the right drug and dose.
