When can I start using Polygynax suppositories after discontinuing Brintellix to avoid interactions?

Hello. I have been taking brintellix for almost three months. For the last 7 days, 10 mg. Polygynax suppositories were prescribed. Brint had to be canceled. I haven't been drinking for two days. When can you use polygynax? So that there would be no interaction between the antibiotic that is part of the suppositories and brintellix?

The use of Polygynax suppositories after discontinuation of Brintellix (vortioxetine) is safe because there are no direct interactions between these drugs. Brintellix should be discontinued at least 14 days prior to initiating therapy with MAO inhibitors, but Polygynax does not belong to this group. It is important to monitor your well-being and consult a doctor if you have any worrying symptoms. It is also recommended to avoid alcohol while using Brintellix, which can be important for the patient's overall mental and physical health.
