After taking two Solpadeine tablets, it is recommended to wait at least 4-6 hours before taking Mrs. Cinie. Solpadeine starts working within 15-30 minutes of ingestion, and its effects last for about 4 hours.

Solpadeine contains paracetamol, caffeine and codeine, which when combined with sumatriptan may increase the risk of side effects such as drowsiness, fatigue or stomach problems.
