If I have Cannabis Flos (delahaze) on my prescription and the Ghost Train Haze strain is available in the pharmacy, will it be dispensed to me?

If I have CANNABIS FLOS AURORA 22/1 on my prescription,
DEUTSCHLAND GMBH (delahaze) and there is a ghost train haze (aurora 22/1) available in the pharmacy, will it be issued to me?

Yes, in most cases a pharmacy can dispense Cannabis Flos Aurora 22/1 with the Ghost Train Haze variety instead of Delahaze, as both varieties are labeled with the same cannabinoid profile (22% THC, 1% CBD) and come from the same manufacturer, Aurora Deutschland GmbH.

However, the final decision depends on the pharmacy – some may require you to match the strain exactly. It is worth consulting the pharmacy directly to make sure that the substitute is acceptable.

The availability of the Ghost Train Haze variety in pharmacies in Polish can be checked at the following address:

Hello, also answering the answers below NO, it does not depend on the owner of the pharmacy, it is like dispensing another drug so it is not in accordance with the prescription. If you don't have the name of the variety on your prescription, only then you are able to get different varieties, as in the case of (s-lab) when you have the same concentration of thc and cbd and you can ask for 5 of this, 5 of this and 5 of this, and they have no right to refuse you the medicine (if you don't have the name of the variety on your prescription by emphasizing).

Unfortunately, it depends on the owner of the pharmacy, in some there is no problem.

It may depend on the pharmacy. Ask at the Main Pharmacy.
