Can Rixicam cause seizures?

Good morning.
My mother was prescribed Rixacam for blood thinning and has been taking it for 3 months. He also has frequent stomach problems. Today she had a new and disturbing symptom, her whole body was shaking for about 1 hour, she had chills and convulsions. Could it be related to this drug? Thank you for the advice

According to the information contained in the RIxicam dossier, the appearance of seizures while taking the drug is an indication to immediately notify the doctor about it. Convulsions may be a symptom of bleeding.
"Notify your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects: • Signs of bleeding: - bleeding into the brain or inside the skull (symptoms may include headache, unilateral paresis, vomiting, convulsions, decreased level of consciousness and stiff neck. A serious medical emergency. Immediately call for medical help!)"
