Should I keep Epiduo 0.3 on my skin all night like the 0.1 version?

A few days ago I used Epiduo 0.1, I put it on in the evening before going to sleep and kept it all night. Then the other day I went back to the dermatologist and he prescribed me always epiduous but 0.3. and he told me to put it on in the evening but I only have to keep it on for an hour. It's fair as what? Shouldn't it work like the other one that I have to keep it all night?

Epiduo Forte 0.3 is a more potent form of the drug and initial, shorter use is often recommended to reduce the risk of skin irritation. Keeping the product on the skin for an hour at the beginning allows you to assess its reaction. If no excessive irritation occurs, the dermatologist may gradually extend the application time.
