Why is there a shortage of medical marijuana in pharmacies?

At the pharmacy, I received information that they were placing orders again, and the wholesaler was delaying deliveries due to government decisions. Do we know the reasons for the horrible delays in deliveries? Yes, I know that I can wait for information about availability, but I am curious if the reasons are known - this can help determine the delivery date. I have started a prescription and I have no way to continue it due to the lack of availability in my pharmacy :(

The reason is the same as last year, i.e. a delay at the stage of approving applications for transport in the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate.
