Are it normal for the legs to have swelling, redness, heat, and itching and open spots after 8 weeks of using Abasaglar injections?

Injection about 8 weeks.
My lower legs are swollen, red and hot and itchy. In addition, there are more and more open spots on the legs - this is not a quality of life.

Symptoms such as swelling, redness, feeling hot, itching and open patches on the legs may indicate an allergic reaction, infection or circulatory problems associated with insulin therapy such as Abasaglar. This is not a typical side effect and requires urgent consultation with a doctor. It is worth assessing the condition of the skin to rule out infection or other complications, as well as adjusting the therapy depending on the cause of the problem.
